Erika Boltz is an ally and activist living with a disability, working as a social media strategist at Virginia Commonwealth University Public Affairs. In 2018, she presented on social media accessibility at multiple conferences including the College Communicators Association VA/DC Conference, HigherEdExperts, and HighEdWeb. Previously, she spent six years working for VCUarts in a variety of roles in both the Admissions and Communications offices with a focus on recruitment strategy and social media communications.
